Venue Hire Includes:

  • Braai facilities (bring your own wood, charcoal, blitz etc.),
  • Use of Swimming pool & Boma – supply your own wood.
  • Equipment – tables & chairs, fridge freezer, microwave, music system (memory stick, iPad, laptop etc.)
  • Table clothes and overlays available on request free of charge.
  • Catering equipment – Cutlery, crockery, glasses, chafing dishes, hot trays, serving spoons, bread board, knife, etc., will be provided based on the quantity of guests booked.

Terms and Conditions

Please note that you can arrive 1 hour before your function start time to decorate, off load etc.

Your function end time signifies the time that you and all your guests are off the premises (packed up and gone).

The venue closes at 11pm.

NO DJs, DJ equipment or disco speakers allowed.

How payment works?
To secure a booking: 
Pay 50% Non-refundable deposit based on your chosen option(s) above.
Pay outstanding amount in full 3 working days before event.
